To all the Courageous and inspiring women out there!

Congrats Sandra Feliciano who worked at El Salvador Restaurant growing up (daughter of Martina Moran - owner) with a dream to help people and save lives, and be a nurse, now officially a Registered Nurse 👩‍⚕️ at Baystate Health!!

And Martina Moran (my mom) who crosses the border with a dream to have a restaurant and now serving our community for 20 years and even helping other women with a dream to push the barrier and seek for more.
One day soon to come back from this tragedy (the recent fire at the restaurant).

Keep moving forward even when it all seems to be going in the wrong direction. It all will work out!

I share this with you because many of you have seen my family grow up in this business and have supported us all these years... You are family to us and we Thank you for being with us all this time!!

Dear Friends,

I wanted to share with you an update on our family restaurant, El Salvador Restaurant. The cause of the blaze was an electrical malfunction that resulted in significant fire, smoke, and water damage. Until the investigation is complete, we won’t able to see if anything inside is salvageable. The exact time table for repair is therefore unknown (at least 6 months) as well as the costs associated. For now, we are focused on developing a recovery plan.

Thank you for all your support during this time. Truly, we can’t express our gratitude for each of you and will see you again soon!

Thank you all for your support to our family restaurant. I can't believe this coming November, this journey will be a wonderful and memorable 20 years, we love and appreciate everyone who has been a customer and a friend to our family.

Thank you all for the great love and support you have provided us through out the years. This coming November we will have the privilege to have served the community for 20 years! Our customers have become good friends and nothing could ever replace that. We thank you all for your continuous support and for sharing our name and location with your friends and family.
