GERMAN SPLIT PEA SOUP $3.50
A mirepoix of carrots, celery and onions are sautéed until translucent. Green split peas, and sliced all beef sausages are added and simmered until tender.


CABBAGE SOUP $3.50
Seasonal green cabbage is sautéed along with bacon, carrots, celery and onion until tender. Chicken stock is added and everything is simmered until the vegetables soften, and the flavors marry.


LIVERWRUST ON RYE $5.50
Thick slices of savory liverwurst is served on hearty rye bread. Topped with sliced red onion and a side of whole grain mustard.
Served with hot German potato salad.


CUP OF SOUP, ½ SANDWICH OR SIDE SALAD SPECIAL $5.50
One -half of a ham and Swiss on rye will be served with your choice of a cup of soup or a side salad.


SAUERBRATEN $6.50
USDA choice eye round of beef is marinated for 72 hours in red wine vinegar, cloves, peppercorns, garlic, onions, and bay leaves. The beef is then dredged in seasoned flour and seared. The marinade is then added back to the beef and braised until tender. The beef essence is strained and simmered with gingersnaps until slightly thickened.
Served with buttered spätzle, sweet and sour red cabbage, and sautéed green beans. A side salad will also accompany your selection.


CHICKEN SCHNITZEL with JAEGER SAUCE $6.25
Center cut medallions of pork are dredged in seasoned flour, egg wash and bread crumbs. The chicken is then sautéed until golden brown, and bathed in a white wine, mushroom cream sauce. Served with spätzle, sweet and sour cabbage, and green beans. Your selection will also be served with a side salad.

PRETZEL BURGER $5.75
A four-ounce angus burger is broiled to order topped with crumbled gorgonzola cheese, and caramelized onions. Served on a pretzel roll along with hot German potato salad, and a Kosher dill pickle spear.


THE BISTRO COBB SALAD $6.25
A bed of shaved greens is striped with chopped egg, bacon, tomatoes, grilled chicken, green onion, and Roquefort cheese.
An assortment of dressings will be available and served on the side.

COMBINATION WURST PLATTER $6.25
Savory bratwurst links, and mild knockwurst are grilled until golden brown and served on a bed of sauerkraut, along with warm German potato salad, and seasoned green beans. Served with a side salad

CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP $3.50
Button mushrooms are roasted with fresh garlic and shallots. The roasted mushrooms are then simmered in vegetable stock to develop the essence of the mushrooms. Sherry and cream are added, as the last ingredients to thicken and further enhance this culinary classic.

©TORTILLINI SOUP $3.50
Tender pockets of cheese filled pasta are simmered in a rich chicken stock until tender and finished with grated cheese and fresh parsley.


Pick up a quart of either soup for only $6.00

CHICKEN HARVEST SALAD $6.00
A hearty portion of mixed regular and baby greens is topped with freshly sliced apples, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, sliced red onion, and grilled/chopped chicken.


TUNA SALAD ON MULTIGRAIN, WHITE, or WHEATBERRY $5.50
All white meat albacore tuna is married with finely diced celery, and minced onion. Lemon juice and light mayonnaise is incorporated and served on multi grain, white or wheat bread along with lettuce, tomato and a fresh pickle spear.


CHICKEN AVOCADO RANCH WRAP $5.50
Chicken breasts are seasoned, and oven roasted until moist and tender. The chicken is then cut into strips and stuffed into a twelve-inch tortilla hat has been painted with our own signature avocado ranch dressing along with baby greens and sliced tomato. Serve with a dill pickle and an order of fries.

BISTRO BRUNCH $6.00

A pair of farm fresh eggs are seasoned and scrambled in real butter. Served with two slices of bacon, two sausage links, and home fries. Finished with a nice fruit garnish and banana bread.


BAKED STUFFED ZUCCHINI SQUASH $6.25
Locally grown zucchini is cut lengthwise, and stuffed with a sausage/vegetable stuffing. Topped with shredded mozzarella and sitting atop a pool of house made marinara. Served with a side salad.


SHEPPARD’S PIE $6.25
USDA ground chuck is browned with sweet red onions with a blend of spices and a touch of nutmeg. Topped with creamy style corn and whipped potatoes. Order a couple to take home for dinner! Served with a side salad.

BAKED COD DE JOHN $6.25
Six ounce portions of cod are drizzled with lemon juice and real butter. Topped with buttered crumbs, and served with a baked potato and creamy coleslaw, and fresh broccoli and cauliflower floretts.. Fresh lemon and house made tartar sauce with also accompany your selection.
