When we unlocked the restaurant this morning, we noticed our prep table (a refrigerated unit) was 76 degrees. Cue PANIC MODE! 😱

After throwing out all the toppings and calling a repair man, we are now back to a cool temp and open for business as of 4pm!

The bad news… This is a costly repair. We need to sell 10 of our $30 specials tonight to cover this repair. That doesn’t even account for lost product, lost lunch revenue, labor, and food cost.
