Our new Tori Dashi Udon- Thick, chewy udon noodles in a shoyu dashi broth topped with mushrooms, cabbage, scallions, and a jammy egg, finished with a sprinkle of togarashi and drizzle of szechuan oil for a little kick.

This recognition means so much to us. We pour our hearts into what we do every single day, and to have our community recognize that is something truly special.

A huge thank you to our amazing customers for showing up, supporting us, and making Speakeasy Ramen what it is. And to our incredible team, this win belongs to you, too. Your hard work, dedication, and passion are what make this place special.
