Don’t knock it until you try it! Inspired by summer’s sweetest harvest, this soft, buttery cookie is subtly sweet, incredibly tender, and full of fresh sweet corn flavor. It’s the cookie you never knew you needed.

🍋❤️ Raspberry Lemon Cookie Sandwich
Two soft raspberry cookies filled with bright, tangy homemade lemon curd. Sweet, tart, and bursting with summer flavor—this one is sunshine in cookie form.
