Your dinning experience and fare’s quality is held in upmost regard. "This restaurant is the product of over eighteen years watching and learning from the best restaurants/owners in Springfield. Our product offering will remain dedicated to the traditional restaurant keys to success; food, service and atmosphere. We will exceed all other competition in our fourth product offering which will be relationships. The relationships that our business will create with local farmers, business owners, patrons of the arts, city government, and higher education will be our lasting legacy to our community and our investors."
--James Martin (In February of 2013, Gilardi's was purchased by its long-time employee James Martin. His career began at Gallery Bistro over a decade ago, while expanding his experience at other local restaurants such as Bijan's, Agrario, Patton Alley Pub, Metropolitan Grill, Nonna's, and Nicola's. His passion for Springfield and quality food evoke James Martin’s mission to educate on and provide sustainability for our community.)

Another amazing "garden party" is on the books! Although we had to move inside due to the pesky rain, we still had a blast supporting Mosaic Arts Collective!
Thank you to everyone who came, and we hope to see you on August 19th for our next event, benefitting The Child Advocacy Center, Inc.

To say that we are excited for this fundraising event is a huge understatement but we need help from our community and we know that someone will read this who can help with a $500.00 sponsorship.

After following Mosaic Arts Collective for several years and watching how they engage with our community, we decided to sponsor them last year and this year we are working with them for our Greyzing the Garden: Benefitting Mosaic Arts Collective, which a few tickets are still available this Wednesday. We are also catering the special evening at the Gillioz Theatre with a full dinner and Appetizers for a VIP cocktail hour.

We are looking for a person/company to step up and sponsor the VIP cocktail/appetizers with a $500.00 sponsorship. The sponsorship will receive 2 tickets to the gala as well as two tickets to Jesus Christ Superstar in October and we will give two tickets to our Garden Party this Wednesday.

Who will be the one to step up and be a part of our community and an engine to make it a better place to live? We are positive that like us, a person will take a single thought and make a single act that can change a young person's life.

Remember it is not what we reap but what we sow that will tell us what kind of life we have lived.

We would like to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves to the social media world!

The Grey Gables on walnut offers a beautiful short term rental on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, and micro wedding opportunities, with room for the wedding party to stay!

With a lush garden, and a beautiful restaurant located behind this Victorian home, we'd love to offer our space!

Happy Independence Week! If you are staying in town we will be open Saturday to help you celebrate our country's 250th anniversary. Below is our menu for the week of June 30th-July 4th. We have a huge month of July planned and we would love to celebrate your milestones and do good in our community at the same time.

Our next Greyzing the Garden: Benefitting Mosaic Arts Collective in July 15th. Our last one for The Victim Center was sold out and we hope to do it again! As a reminder we are also donating 10% of in-store revenue on that night back to Mosaic Arts Collective.

On July 25th we celebrate and fundraise for Mosaic Arts Collective at Gillioz Theatre with a great menu and one of our favorite organizations that helps make the Ozarks a better place to live. Grab your tickets at the link below.

For those of you who made it thus far, remember the reason for the season so to speak. Our founders made a statement by signing a piece of paper that put all of their lives, their families lives, their assets and all of their friends and relatives at risk of retribution. Remember their sacrifice against tyranny and against an individual who makes decisions for the whole for the benefit of one. Long live our democracy.

The Head Dishwasher has stolen the social media accounts again!
Gilardi's is not responsible for the fluttery butterfly feelings of optimism, community building or lovey dovey language that follows.
To express gratitude for our path and our community is beyond words. As we celebrate our 25th year with a renewed sense of purpose and focused attention on our mission as a business and member of our community I am reminded of gratefulness. As we meander through our day reminding ourselves of purpose and our place in the world, remember that you are important and valued and have a place in this world and our community. Remember and remind yourself as many times as you need, that you can make a difference in the present and future. Every person you meet can change your life and the only question is are you the person who can change someone else’s life for the better?
Each day, we remind ourselves at Gilardi's that we can be the kind of person who makes a difference. We do this by serving first and last dates, wedding anniversaries, birthdays, and even the occasional “why not?” visit. We do it through our support of the arts, marginalized communities, and the people within them. We are a team that consciously chooses to make a difference, and we hope to empower and inspire the next generation to see how powerful their own actions can be. The hero of this story is not us; it is each and every one of you who chooses, day after day, to sow more than you reap.
All are welcome on this journey and here is our June 23rd- June 27th menu and upcoming schedule for you to grab your torch to be a hero in your own story.
