Changing our world one plate and one date at a time. Our unique, high-quality dining experiences reflect our commitment to the arts and the community. When ordering from our Gilardi’s seasonally specific menu, we encourage you to embrace each locally sourced ingredient. Whether a tomato is from our organic garden in front of the Historic Grey Gables event venue, or from Urban Roots Farm, or Millsap Farm, please know it was grown and cared for with love and consideration for our community and its future. Our homemade ricotta noodles will delight, while our changing ravioli specials each day will excite! Ask our staff to recommend a perfect w**e pairing with your special evening’s cuisine. Your dinning experience and fare’s quality is held in upmost regard. "This restaurant is the product of over eighteen years watching and learning from the best restaurants/owners in Springfield. Our product offering will remain dedicated to the traditional restaurant keys to success; food, service and atmosphere. We will exceed all other competition in our fourth product offering which will be relationships. The relationships that our business will create with local farmers, business owners, patrons of the arts, city government, and higher education will be our lasting legacy to our community and our investors."
--James Martin (In February of 2013, Gilardi's was purchased by its long-time employee James Martin. His career began at Gallery Bistro over a decade ago, while expanding his experience at other local restaurants such as Bijan's, Agrario, Patton Alley Pub, Metropolitan Grill, Nonna's, and Nicola's. His passion for Springfield and quality food evoke James Martin’s mission to educate on and provide sustainability for our community.)

Another beautiful menu this week, and we're hoping that the fall weather is here to stay. Pictured is our pasta of the day, which is a sweet potato gnocchi with a toasted walnut, pecorino and romano cheese sauce.

It has been rumored that we have closed for remodeling but nothing could be further from the truth. Plans are still being drawn up and if anyone knows us we never stop improving our food, service or atmosphere. We will give everyone plenty of notice when we do start our project but as of now we won't close for longer than three days. That closure probably won't happen until after the first of the year. We look forward to being of service to you and your family soon!
