If your oat milk steams weird compared to regular milk, you’re not imagining it.

The protein and fat content are completely different, which means it reacts differently once you start adding air and heat.

Most oat milk needs a little more stretching to get that smooth, creamy texture you’re after.

Otherwise you end up somewhere between a latte and warm oat water.☕️
