Shake This Shake This started inside a health club in Springfield, Missouri in 1996. Our goal was to create a social environment centered around a juice bar.

Initially, Shake This was created as a profit center exclusively for our own health clubs. We knew if we wanted to make money with our juice bar that our shakes needed to taste great and be something members would rave about and purchase repeatedly. We spent a lot of time, effort and money to find the best equipment, ingredients, recipes, menus and even the best layout to ensure a successful profi

t center. It wasn't very long before members, gym owners and equipment reps noticed that our shake bar was a hit and they wanted to know more. The end result was "SHAKE THIS", an easily duplicable system that offers facilities a valid profit center and provides members great tasting shakes with superior nutrition. Today you will find the Shake This system implemented in over 350 locations across the United States.
