With a heavy heart I am suspending operations at the Salad Slinger kitchen. We reached a point of growth where I had to decide which of my businesses was going to get the bulk of my time and it has to be the one that pays the bills. Salad Slinger has been "in the black" since day one. Meaning at least I haven't lost money! It's a very popular, successful and viable business and deserves "someones" full attention to really explode. On the side, my primary business has suffered, impacting my income. So Salad Slinger has to close. But, in the meantime we are saving for a roadside "espresso stand" type setup where we can do all sorts of fresh fruits and veggies full time. This is not a goodbye, but rather a "see you later" stay tuned on this page for updates!
