Summer is rolling on, and Papa has three great opportunities left to serve you some Low & Slow Real Texas Pit BBQ before we load up the grandkids in the motorhome and head to Disney in early September!

We'd love to see y'all at one... or better yet, all three events!

Beat the Texas heat and shop inside the A/C while enjoying authentic Texas BBQ! Browse local vendors, support small businesses, and grab your favorite smoked BBQ before you head home.

Bring the whole family for an evening of great food, indoor seating, games for all ages, and a relaxing Texas atmosphere. Papa will be rolling smoke and serving up all your BBQ favorites until they're gone!

Who Are We?

Welcome to Smoking with Papa BBQ, where every meal is more than just barbecue—it's family, tradition, and a passion for doing things the right way.

Since 2021, Papa has been serving Low & Slow Real Texas Pit BBQ throughout North Texas from our family-owned food trailer. We believe great barbecue can't be rushed. Every brisket, pork butt, rack of ribs, and specialty item is slow-smoked over wood with patience, pride, and a whole lot of love.

We're not a restaurant with a permanent storefront. We're a traveling food trailer that brings authentic Texas BBQ to festivals, community events, corporate lunches, weddings, private parties, and special celebrations. Every now and then, we open right here on our property in Springtown, Texas, giving our local community a chance to enjoy Papa's BBQ straight off the pit.

What makes us different isn't just the food—it's the experience. From our homemade sides and signature BBQ sauces to Papa greeting guests with a smile, we believe everyone should feel like family when they eat with us.

Whether you're feeding 20 guests or 500, our mission is simple:

Serve incredible Texas BBQ, treat every customer like family, and leave every event better than we found it.
