👋 We’ve had a LOT of new followers lately, so we wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves!
Welcome to Fink’s Backyard! 🍔🍻🎶
We’re a small, two-family-owned restaurant just outside the Springtown city limits, right between Springtown and Azle. We opened with one goal: create a place where families, friends, and neighbors can all find something they enjoy.
A few things to know about us…
🎶 Live Music & Events
We usually (not always) have live music on Friday and Saturday nights, plus trivia, co****le, open mic, music bingo, and other events throughout the week. We’re still growing and have lots of fun events in the works for all ages. 🎸 As live music gets going, we do enforce an age limit (ages 12+ after 9) because we want to create a more relaxed atmosphere for date nights, friends enjoying a night out, and everyone who just wants to kick back and enjoy the music.
🏈 Sports Fans Welcome
If there’s a game you want to watch, just ask! We’ll gladly turn it on if we can. We can’t wait for fall football season so we can stay open later and welcome all of our local teams after their games.
☀️ “Isn’t it hot outside?”
It’s Texas… of course it is. 😂 The good news? Our patios are completely covered, we’ve added fans and misters to help keep things cool, and once the sun starts going down there’s usually a nice breeze. Grab a cold drink, find a shady table, and it’s actually one of our favorite places to spend an evening.
🛝 Kids Welcome!
We have a small kids’ play area with toys because we love giving parents a chance to relax while the little ones burn off some energy. We do enforce age restrictions in the play area (8 and under) because, as you can imagine… some of our older guests get a little rough on the toys. Keeping it for the little ones helps everyone enjoy their visit.
📱 Let’s Talk About the QR Codes…
This is probably our most frequently asked question.
Yes, our primary ordering system is our QR code, but it is NOT the only way to order.
✔️ Scan the QR code at your table.
✔️ Order at our full-service front kiosk or the bar.
✔️ Or simply let one of our team members know you’d rather order with a person. Unless we’re in the middle of a major rush, we’ll gladly take your order the traditional way. We do it every single day.
People always ask, “Do y’all get a lot of complaints about the QR ordering?”
Honestly… not really.
Most people love being able to order whenever they’re ready, start a tab, order another drink without waiting, and pay whenever they want. But if that’s not your style, that’s perfectly okay too. We’re happy to help however you’re most comfortable.
