Important Update:
This weekend we received a call informing us of a sudden and dramatic shift in our supply chain. National restaurant food suppliers are facing a significant labor shortage that has caused delivery delays, food shortages, and walk-outs. Many smaller establishments received news that they have been dropped completely, leaving them to resort to local wholesale stores such as Costco and Sam’s Club. We’ve been told to expect this will further drive shortages and make it harder on your favorite local food shops and food trucks. We are fortunate to be able to receive deliveries but with much higher purchase amounts and less reliability.
For these reasons, we are closing the restaurant until Thursday to enact changes to combat the fluctuating prices and shortages we’ve been experiencing. Our grill items such as burgers and dawgs have dramatically increased in price and are often out of stock. Our current plan involves shifting to online and call-in ordering only until things return to normal. Online ordering will allow you to simply pull into any of our dedicated online order pickup stalls or pickup at our drive thru window by simply providing your name. Online ordering has several other benefits including:
-reduced wait times
-reduced employee entry errors, especially when training new staff
-convenient loyalty program that encourages you to earn and redeem points during your purchase
-more promotions and online exclusives
-total customization of each meal
-reduced food waste and improved food quality due to simpler internal operations
-direct line of communication to make changes to an order or provide updates. Encourages feedback so we can continue to improve.
-ability to offer delivery within a specific radius
We are committed to making online ordering as convenient as possible during yet another unexpected change in the market. You can still expect the same friendly service and quality, but please be patient as we make the adjustment.
