Our Marketplace brings together independent food entrepreneurs—including bakers, food truck owners, and small food businesses—each with their own flavors, traditions, and ideas.

Some stories are especially meaningful, like that of Tacos La Jefa STL and its founder, Heriberta Amezcua.

Heriberta's passion for food and community became part of the fabric of Dutchtown and St. Louis' culinary landscape. Today, her legacy continues through the family tradition carried forward—a reminder that food can be so much more than a meal.

Urban Eats provides access to a certified, fully equipped shared kitchen where entrepreneurs can schedule production around their business needs. Kitchen access is available from 5 AM–11 PM, seven days a week, with membership plans starting at 20 hours per month.

It's a lower-risk way to turn an idea into something real.

One of the best parts of being an incubator is watching entrepreneurs graduate into their next chapter. 🌱

Some of the businesses we've supported have gone on to build their own customer bases, expand into new markets, launch food trucks, open storefronts, and create opportunities beyond Urban Eats.
