We are a local bakery and café that has been in business in University City at the corner of Delmar and 170 since 2007. In June of 2014, due to the popularity of our ice cream at retail outlets, we opened our brand new premium ice cream bar. We believe in providing a handcrafted, premium product made right here in St. Jilly’s Cupcake Bar and Café is a 2 time winner and 3 time contestant on Food Ne

twork’s Cupcake Wars. We have won the American Culinary Federation Award of Excellence for 2014 along with local publication awards for Best Cupcake (Riverfront Times, St. Louis Magazine, Ladue News, Sauce Magazine, Alive Magazine). Whether it is a wedding, a birthday or making it through the day, Jilly’s will always be there! We focus on individual celebrations, celebrated together.

It is with a heavy heart that we share our Founder, Owner, and Top Cupcake, Jill Segal, has passed away. Jill's vision and entrepreneurial spirit will never be forgotten. We celebrate our 19-year journey, and look forward to serving our community for years to come.

Come by our bakery storefront at 8509 Delmar in UCity to indulge in our nationally-renowned gourmet, half-pound, stuffed cupcakes. If our Delmar location isn't in your daily path, visit our friends at Dierbergs to get your sweet tooth satisfied.

Today, Sunday May 24th is our final day for Memorial weekend. So get your favorite Cupcakes or Grab n Go cakes to celebrate our FREEDOM!!!

We are CLOSED TOMORROW Monday, May 25th for our staff to Celebrate their Memorial Day!
