We hope you’re having a great week so far. It’s our second day of barbecue this week, and to be completely transparent, yesterday was one of the slowest days we’ve experienced since opening our doors.

Running a small business is never easy, especially when you’re committed to producing authentic Texas-style barbecue the right way—using quality meats, real wood-fired smokers, and countless hours of hard work. Every brisket, rack of ribs, and turkey breast that comes off our pits represents a significant investment of time, effort, and passion.

We’re doing everything we can to continue serving the Starke community, but the reality is that small businesses can only survive with the support of their customers. Happy Thursday, everybody! The weather is looking beautiful today, and that means it’s the perfect day for some true Texas-style barbecue. 🔥

Today we’ve got one of y’all’s favorites back on the menu — smoked turkey, cooked low and slow and seasoned just right. Tender, juicy, and packed with that flavor you expect from BLUELINEQ.
