Our Wednesday setup in St. Johns was canceled due to a communication issue. We were disappointed that we couldn’t make it happen, but we’re hoping to get back over that way very soon!

Happy Rotary Wednesday!

During the July 8th club meeting, Rotarians were joined by Nick Tomlinson, along with his wife Teresa and their kids, who shared the story of Alligator Creek Food Service and their locally popular food truck and catering service, Limp Brizkit.

Nick explained his passion for serving delicious meals and how their business first took shape. We’re grateful to Nick, Teresa, and their kids for sharing their story with us. If you’d like to see where Limp Brizkit will be next, check out their page for updated schedules and locations.

📍 Here’s where you can find us this week! (7/6/26)

Wednesday: I have the honor of speaking to the Rotary Club at Downtown Grill and sharing a little about Alligator Creek Food Service, Limp Brizkit, and where we are headed.

Friday: We will be back with our local people at Strickland’s Scoops from 5:00 PM–7:30 PM! It has been way too long, and we are looking forward to seeing everybody. We will have our standard menu, with smoked ribs as the special.

I will also need my locals to help me with a little food-truck experiment I am thinking about adding to the menu. Come out, eat some BBQ, and give me your honest opinion!

Saturday: We will be in Wellborn, Florida at Heritage Oaks RV Park from 4:30 PM–8:30 PM.

We appreciate the support and cannot wait to see everyone this week!

🚨 Important Update 🚨

Due to illness, Limp Brizkit will not be able to serve at Cooper Hall tonight.

We hate to miss the start of the Fourth of July weekend, but we will never take chances when it comes to the food we serve or the people we serve it to.

We are still evaluating whether we will be able to make it out to the Family Area tomorrow. We will post an update as soon as we know.

Thank you for understanding, and we apologize to everyone who was planning to come see us.

Happy 250th Birthday, America!

Limp Brizkit will be celebrating Independence Day weekend out at Camp Blanding!

Join us Friday night, July 3rd at Cooper Hall with and Soda Crush Club , then catch us again on Saturday, July 4th in the Family Area with Soda Crush Club and Kasey's Tastees Ice Cream Truck for America’s 250th birthday celebration.

Come hungry, bring the family, and let’s celebrate with some good BBQ and a great Fourth of July weekend!
