Well today is January 16, 2025. I wonder whose anniversary or whose birthday is today? Or maybe a child or grandchild was born on this day. This day for me is one of those “never forget” days.!! January 16, 1979 we opened the Western Steer Steakhouse in Starke. Some of you were there that day, some that might read this were a customer, but for others you were there working that first day. That day continued through mid November 2018 right at 40 years. I want to personally express my love and gratitude to you and to your family. Truly, each of you hold a special place in my heart!!! I am forever blessed that God placed our paths together! Even to this day, I wonder could we start again? Maybe not. But Drew Brees, the famous quarterback, was asked about his time with the New Orleans Saints. He made this comment, precious memories and unforgettable relationships. I too am so blessed by you! I pray that the Lord would watch over you and your family. I pray that He would protect you! I thank God for you and your family. I love each of you. Thanks again.
