To our valued customers and community,
It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of 8 Mile Pizza in State College, PA, effective immediately. Since opening our doors in 2023, we've been so proud to share our Detroit-style pizza with you, and we are grateful for the incredible support we’ve received from the students and community. 8 Mile has been a beloved spot for many, but unfortunately, rising food costs, staffing difficulties, location, and financials no longer align for us to continue operations at this time at the current location.
Ownership will continue to explore other future possibilities in the market, including finding a more central location with dining area, and the opportunity to serve alcohol, so this isn't goodbye forever..
In the meantime, our same delicious Detroit-style pizza is still available at Mutant Brewing in Scranton, PA if you are ever in the area.
