How well do you know your dumplings?

There are soo many styles of dumplings out there. Here are just a few. Have you had them all? Let us know!

1. Shui Jiao Dumplings: water-boiled and popular throughout Asia, these traditional dumplings can be filled with chicken, beef, lamb, leeks, and more.
2. Xiao Long Bao Dumplings: originating from Shanghai, these cute dumplings have soup-filled pork as their primary filling and are perfect for a cold day.
3. Guo Tie Dumplings: also known as pot stickers, these pan-fried dough dumplings are typically filled with ground meat and vegetables and served with soy sauce.
4. Wonton Dumplings: commonly found in wonton soup, these dumplings can also be deep-fried, served in chili oil, or clear broth, and are typically filled with ground pork and shrimp.
