New Weekly Special: Champagne Garlic Chicken

This is the kind of plate that makes a light beer feel like it was brewed for the job. Pan-seared chicken, champagne butter sauce, roasted garlic, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a balsamic drizzle — rich, savory, a little fancy for a Tuesday, but still very much pub-approved.

New Weekly Special: Otto’s Smash Burger 🍔

This one did not gently stroll through the weekend. It sold like crazy. Two A.V. Farms patties, cheddar, sautéed onions, Red Mo bacon jam, shredded lettuce, and Poppa Sauce — paired with a smooth, malty Red Mo Ale that knows exactly what to do with all that beefy, bacon-jam goodness.

Basically, the people have spoken. You’re going to want to try it.
