Mom’s Matzo Ball Soup- As a Chanukah treat or just to “make you feel better”. Real chicken stock from roasted bones, celery, carrot, garlic, shallot, parsley, and yes schmaltz! Slow-simmered for hours and finished with hand made matzo balls.…….$12/qt. limited quantity

Mole’ Enchiladas(gf)- Fresh ground chorizo with simmered and pulled chicken leg quarters, tossed with a blend of Mexican cheeses and core spices. They are hand-rolled in corn tortillas and topped with my traditional Mole’ Poblano, queso fresco and toasted pumpkin seeds. Served with side of black beans…………$14 individual………..$52 feeds four


Brisket is in the cure and awaiting its’ date with the smoker. I hope to have it ready by Christmas. I won’t be doing Reubens, but will have all the makings available (assuming I can get the wonderful rye from Gemelli).

We use fresh, minimally-processed, Central PA local products whenever possible! Otherwise, we look for non-GMO, “high-fructose”, MSG & Nitrate free ingredients. Menu may change without notice if products are not available or we just run out from previous days’ demand!

7 grain salad with watermelon radish, mixed greens, arugula, baby kale w/ roasted plum vinaigrette.

And...Smoked brisket bulgogi tacos with pickled Easter egg and French breakfast radish.

Not from their farm, but damn good....Indian spice smoked jumbo wings with tamarind dipping sauce....just sayin’!
