Sama Sama is back open • please come see us!

Here at Accordia, we are sharing some love for our sister restuarant Sama Sama, who is back in action after a brief pause. Please go enjoy some wonderful international fare on their diverse menu.

& some things upcoming soon over at Sama Sama: all TBA

•special monthly breakfast / brunch

Every week we will guide you through a wine tasting of 8 wines...this week all organic, biodynamic, and two with zero sulfites added. Join us for some fun and explore the world a bit. Tuesday 5-8 and Friday 5-8. It's happening right now and again on Friday.

Hiring and also reaching out for some extra hands over the next 2-3 weeks!
See positions open below.
•If you are a cook or chef interested in international cuisine, feel free to lend a hand or apply - we can also call this a trial run.

•If you care and are a curious person with culinary skills (home cooks included) and looking to take a dip into the culinary arts and explore some interesting world cuisine, we'd appreciate to hear from you as well. We're looking for creative people with a postivie attitude that like working and that fit our team...passionate folks with a desire to learn and be creative and present some unique food here in Staunton.

We are at an interesting point in our kitchen where we are also testing menu items in anticipation of a new menu down the road...exploring the Basque country, traditional tapas, and Greece right now.

–Hired hands for the next few weeks - can lead to permanent employment
–Part-time line cooks - can become full time
–Dish! Dish!!! (start in dish and go further)
–Occassional help for special events - help us out with our special pairing evenings exploring regional cuisines paired with wines or other beverages and spirits
–FOH - always looking for some part-time help for people that are interested in what we do

Accordia's new bar is open today until 9pm • Come enjoy!
We are featuring a selection of classics, martinis, signatures, and several non-alcoholic creations that are on par with our elevated cocktails.

Dine out downtown is open a day early - come down for some fun outside in the wind!

These two bottles in the pic are fantastic, by the way

Ostatu's rosé from the Rioja Alavesa in the Basque region. I feel like I don't need to say more than the Basque region that we love.

PX-1 from producer Collective Mutante from Limari, Chile. This is a truly exciting wine...bone dry Pedro Jimenez, hence the PX name. Pedro is typically made into Pisco or Sherry, so... very rare, like incredibly rare, like non-existent rare.

Cool and fun natural wine • 8 excellent wines open! Come enjoy some good wine, food, and people! Don't forget our guided winetasting tomorrow from 5-8 PM.
