Meet Executive Chef Jonas Shaffner! If you’ve dined with us at BLU Point, chances are you’ve already experienced his talent on the plate through dishes layered with texture, color, and flavor. When he’s not cooking, you’ll find Jonas behind the camera, enjoying or making music, and hanging out with his American Cocker Spaniel, Bean.

*Boxcar Speakeasy is a hot jazz quintet based in Staunton, Virginia, featuring Danny Price (tenor banjo/leader), Pat Jarrett (bass), Bruce Fox (trombone), Carter Green (archtop electric guitar), and Glendon Gill (clarinet). The group plays Prohibition-era inspired jazz in the Shenandoah Valley, with performances often featuring a high-energy, eclectic sound. Tonight features an intimate trio, Boxcar Trio.
