While in Stephenville, TX, I had the opportunity to visit Phil Greer, owner of Greer’s Ranch Cafe. He has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years.

During our lunch, I also spoke with one of his staff members who mentioned how “No Tax on Tips” has made a real difference for workers like her.
