We’ve had a lot of people ask why wait times can sometimes be a little longer, so we wanted to explain! 🥨🤍

Trust us, we are drizzling as fast as we possibly can! 😅 The biggest reason wait times can build up is because the average order is usually 2–8 pretzels (which we absolutely LOVE 🥨🤍). Those orders add up quickly, but we’re working hard to get everyone’s pretzels out as quickly as possible while still making sure they’re made right!

We know there have been times we’ve run out of certain supplies or the wait has been a little longer than expected, and we truly appreciate everyone being so patient with us. We are learning, adjusting, and figuring out what works best with every event.

Before these last few events, we had never served 300+ pretzels in just 3 hours, so we are learning a lot as we go!

It’s crazy to think it’s already been almost 3 months since we opened. 🥹 Thank you all for showing up, supporting our little pretzel trailer, and giving us grace while we continue to learn and grow. We appreciate you more than you know! 🤍
