🚨WE ARE HIRING🚨- Farm Stand Manager

We are looking for an energetic, organized manager to lead our seasonal employees.

Schedule 🗓️:
- 4-5 days/week (~25 hours,)
- Hours typically 10 am - 3 pm but are flexible

What You’ll Do 🍦📝:
- Schedule staff and hire/train new employees.
- Lead and support staff while holding them accountable.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling complaints/inquires from customers.
- Main person of contact for school and business events.
- Assist in daily operations:
Scooping (2-3 days)
Office work (2-3 days: schedule, ordering, inventory)
- Light kitchen work
- Help open and close the stand for the season. (1-2 weeks)

What We’re Looking For 👀:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized
- Positive energy
- Willing to learn
- Managerial or office experience preferred
- Food service experience preferred but not required
