We'd like to share this photo we received today. The gentlemen sitting in the front/center holding a cake is Bob Dorr. His son sitting to his left (your right) is Bob Jr. Bobby is a Fire Lieutenant for our City. Bobby admitted his dad to Maine Medical Center in Portland on June 29th for a procedure and has been there every day since along with his wife Heather (far right, first row). Today the staff presented a cake to them in honor of Bob's wife (Bobby's mother) whose life was taken by cancer many years ago. Today would have been her birthday. The ones wearing purple are Bob's nurses. Purple was Stanya's favorite color. We are touched by this unselfish act of pure kindness. We thought you'd enjoy it too. Hopefully there are some friends who will recognize some of the people in this picture and will share this post with them.
