This week’s wrap special is a Turkey Pesto Wrap ( sliced oven roasted turkey, homemade pesto mayo, baby spinach, fresh sliced tomato and American Cheese) on your choice of plain, spinach, or tomato basil wrap! 🌯

Whelp, it is back to three shirts for me today !! How in the world do we go from 90° to 61° in less than 24hrs!! 🤣🤣

Stephanie’s Turkey Chipotle BLT went so well yesterday she had to make a fresh batch of her chipotle mayo this morning! Once that is done, the Turkey Chipotle BLT with fries will be back on special for $11.00. She has also come up with a BBQ Chicken Quesadilla for $9.00!

Today after 4:00 Amber will be baking up her yummy pizzas. Weekend pizza specials are:
• Buffalo Chicken
• Jalapeño Popper
• Chicken Bacon Ranch

And me… I’ll just be over here trying to stay warm again!! 🤣

Now this weather is more like it!!! I’m loving this heat!! ☀️🔥

Speaking of heat, if you think it’s too hot to cook, why not cool off with one of Stephanie’s new wraps for lunch!! Today she’s making a Turkey Chipotle BLT Wrap served with fries for $11.00, available until 4:00pm.

I just had one and her chipotle mayo is the bomb!! 🤤🔥

Then after 4:00pm Amber will be fired up and making some of her fan favorite pizzas:🍕 Buffalo Chicken🍕 Chicken Bacon Ranch🍕 Jalapeño Popper

I’ve also officially changed the lunch menu to come with fries instead of chips. My husband says I don’t listen, but I do 🤣🤣 Over the last two weeks you all made it VERY clear that fries were the preferred choice with lunch… so fries it is!! 🍟🤣

So yesterday I got super excited and sent the first picture to Micheala and was like, “Look! Finally a sunny stretch!” ☀️🤣

Then I got up this morning, looked and was like… seriously?! 😩🌧️ I know rain is a good thing, but this much is going to have us all growing flippers and gills before summer even gets here!! 🐟🤣

Happy Friday Eve !!! So as you all know I decided to do wraps as something different for lunch, well in the middle of making a pot of fish chowder, which is now available for $5.00, I had Steph make me a Buffalo Chicken wrap !!!! Oh my word !!! It is one of the best wraps I have ever had. Between Amber’s sauce and Steph’s secret ingredient, I ate the whole thing instead of just half, which is what I had planned to eat. Now I’m in a Buffalo coma !!! 🤣🤣

Steph will be doing wrap specials every Thursday, so don’t miss out !! We will also have Amber’s Buffalo Chicken Pizza tonight as our pizza special for $13.50 🍕🔥

Well I didn’t realize I would cause so much confusion by opening back up for lunch!!! 🤣🤣

So here’s a post with our brand new lunch menu right alongside our fan-favorite dinner menu!

We serve lunch from 11:30am–4pm with lunch-sized portions, then at 4pm we switch over to our full dinner menu until 7:30pm.

Hopefully this helps clear up the panic!! 🤣🤣🤣

Happy Thursday !!!

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came out yesterday and made opening day of our 2026 season such a huge success!!

I was a little nervous about introducing our new lunch menu, but I guess I didn’t need to be — the wraps and new salads were a huge hit!! Thank you all so much!

We also appreciate everyone being patient and understanding while our new crew members learned the ropes and found their rhythm. I can already tell it won’t be long before we’re running like a well-oiled machine!!

I’d also like to introduce a few of the amazing people helping make this season happen:
• Jem — the lovely lady running the lunch window
• Stephanie — for taking on the challenge of a whole new lunch menu
• Laure Lee — for deciding a kitchen isn’t such a bad place after being away from one for 16 years!!

And a HUGE shoutout to the ladies who have stuck with me no matter what — thank you Mom, Lorna Lou, Amber, and Myah Pie!! ❤️

Opening Day at The Meadow is finally here!! Can you believe we’re kicking off our 10th season? That feels a little wild to say out loud!

We’re excited to welcome everyone back—especially for lunch! 🍽️ We’ve got a slightly updated lunch menu to start the season, and our full dinner menu will be available beginning at 4:00 PM.

To say April has been an emotional month for Downeast Maine would be an understatement.

Our hearts are with two very special families.

To the Beal family—Troy was the kind of person who would go out of his way for anyone. He did that for the Meadows more times than we can count. Troy, we hope you’re enjoying eating your weight in chicken fingers. 💔

To the West family—Tommy had a smile that could light up any room. The second he popped his head in the window at the Meadows, you knew you were about to smile too. Tommy, we hope your fried clam plate is overflowing. 💔

Boys, until we meet again.

With that said, I know I originally told some folks that we’d be opening April 29th, but life threw a bit of a curveball. Our official opening day will now be May 6th.

On a brighter note—we’re bringing back lunch! We’ve put together a menu with some of your favorites along with a few new twists on some classics.

We’ll be open Wednesday through Saturday, 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM to start, and we’ll expand to our full schedule once school is out.

We’re beyond excited to welcome you back for our 10th year in business—which honestly feels a little surreal to say out loud. 🤣

We love and miss you all, and we can’t wait to see you on May 6th. ❤️
