We finally have an official reopening date!
🎉 🥳
Lots of work has gone into this big move in the past two weeks and we truly couldn’t have done it without our fabulous team! We also want to shoutout Joe at Arctic Air Refrigeration and Tom at Central State Electric for getting our equipment up and running beautifully!
We have been working daily to pull this new space together and though it wasn’t our ideal timeline, this has let us be more intentional with setting things up and getting everything ready for y’all to enjoy again!
Thank you SO MUCH for your support, patience, and love through this transition! We can’t wait to get back to making you delicious vegan and allergy friendly eats! We will see you Thursday at 11am!

Unfortunately timing was not on our side with this reopening. We currently are looking at reopening Tuesday 10/27, NOT this weekend. There are still too many tasks to complete, BUT we are excited for these few extra days to really get things in order and feel more prepared to make yall the utmost DELICIOUS food! Thank you for your understanding!
(This is still subject to change as we are still waiting on the biggest part of reopening - the health inspection! We will absolutely keep you updated but are feeling confident about our new reopening date!)

Consider this our (chaotic) before pictures! Our team did so great helping us move everything out of our old building and into our new building in just 4 days! That included small bits and bobs, big racks and table, and many heavy appliances - even walking a couple fridges down Main Street! We are doing our best to get everything in order to reopen as soon as possible, but as you can imagine, there are so many random tasks we keep finding to add to our todo list on a daily basis.

We have so many awesome ideas on what we want to bring to our new location, including more grab n go foods, more allergy friendly baked goods, possibly events(???), and of course our full time menu that we will take your feedback on once we reopen!

What are you hoping to see on the menu, in the grab n go, or in the bakery case??

We are so eager for everything to be in order so we can make you delicious food again! Thanks for your patience! 🤗🌱🌈

Only today and tomorrow left to enjoy our space with us before our big move! Thank you for keeping us SO busy this week! Between a large special order, the bakery case selling out every day, non stop food made to order, we are looking forward even MORE these last two days!

We will have a bakery case filled with gluten free goodies, tons of food to craft a fresh dish just for you, and baristas looking forward to making you drinks just the way you like, we can’t wait to create our last few memories with you!

We can’t wait to make you something special! 🌈🌱🫶

Tuesday is big news day around here!
Soooooo good news and not so good news.

Good news is that we are open with our regular hours all week! We plan to then close 10/14-10/23 to move everything over, get everything set up, get comfortable in our new space, get a health inspection, etc.

Not so good news is that we didn’t notice until our lease was already signed that the kitchen has a Type 2 hood system instead of Type 1 which is what we have now. What that means is that we can’t have any equipment that causes grease to go in the air (i.e. no deep fryer, no pan frying, no grill). While we know this will have a huge impact on the way we prepare food, we are looking forward to the challenge of creating new ways to make you delicious food to order! We will ALWAYS make sure the food me make you is delicious so don’t be alarmed!

We just wanted to share this so you could enjoy your favorites while we still have them! We will have many new exciting dishes for you when we reopen with our new menu as well as many of your current favorites! We ask that while this may be disappointing, you trust we are doing the best we can and have so many delicious things coming your way!!

The dishes we know for sure that won’t be making their way into our new location include :
All Loaded Fries and french fries in general
Loaded Nachos
Bourbon Chicken
Breakfast Skillet/Wrap
Pad Thai (similar dish will be available!)
Gyro Sandwich
Impossible Burger
BBQ Sandwich

That looks like a lot, and it is, but we have so much in store! Stay tuned!

BIG NEWS THAT WE CAN FINALLY SHARE!!!
After a month and a half of limbo, it’s officially official….WE’RE MOVING!!! celebrate🥳
While we have come to love our current space so much, being in one of the oldest buildings downtown presents a LOT of challenges that we just can’t seem to keep up with. We will miss the cozy retro feeling BUT we can’t wait to make this new space our own!
We will have to close for a few days to get everything moved over and get a feel for how things flow in the new space, but until then, we would love make you something special in the place we’ve loved for the past 9+ years!
THANK YOU for sticking with us through all of the twists and turns that come with running a small business! (a vegan one in the middle of the dairy state, no less!) We truly wouldn’t be here without your support! We will update you with our closure dates as soon as we know, but make sure you stop in and enjoy our current menu while we’ve still got it! Our NEW full time menu coming when we open up in our new space!

September is flying by, but we’re still here making all your favorites! There are only 2 weeks left to enjoy our Swimmin Summer Menu! Get your Fish-less fix and satisfy your soul with our Seoul Rolls while you still can!

Back by popular demand, Chef Katie recreated her amazing African Style Peanut Curry for y’all this week! A creamy curry with carrot, onion, butternut squash, diced tomato, chunky garlic, ginger, apricot preserves, chickpeas, coconut milk, lime, and African spices. Served with rice and topped with cilantro and crushed peanuts.

With it finally starting to cool down, we are working on putting together a soup calendar so yall know when to expect your favorite soups to be available! Let us know what soup you’d like to see in the comments! 👇

Happy September! It’s back to school season, fall is just around the corner, and this month we celebrate Mexican Independence Day on the 16th! This has inspired our monthly fusion food special! We hope you give it a try! 🇲🇽

With fall coming quick, Chef Katie made a scrumptious Summers End Curry - A brothy coconut milk based orange curry loaded with yams, carrot, zucchini, ginger, garlic, onion, diced tomato, garbanzo beans, lime juice and love! 💚 Garnished with sunflower seeds and cilantro and served with rice! We will also be discontinuing our Swimmin Summer Seasonal Menu at the end of the month. Get your fish-less fix while it’s still here!

As always, we’ve got a packed bakery case featuring entirely gluten free goodies! There will be NO Cinnamon Rolls today, but Fern has whipped up a few different gluten free scones flavors! Stop in and stock up while we’ve got em!
