We recently switched our frying oil from seed/vegetable to beef tallow. Here is why we made the switch:
Tallow imparts a subtle, savory beef flavor. When used for frying, it produces a distinctively light, golden, and crispy exterior without making the food absorb unnecessary grease.
Unlike industrially refined seed oils, beef tallow leaves a clean, non-chemical finish on the palate.
Tallow remains highly chemically stable at extreme temperatures, meaning it does not oxidize, break down, or generate toxins.
Because it is minimally processed through simple low-heat rendering, it completely lacks the chemical solvents or hydrogenated trans fats found in commercial shortenings.
Bottom line.....it makes our French Fries taste great :-) We hope you like the change.
