Meet Liz, our new assistant farm manager! Liz comes to us with more than a decade of experience, mostly at Gib’s Farm in Catawissa. Her expertise and gentle nature have made her an invaluable part of the farm already. She’s holding down the fort while I’m in Italy, and if we have vegetables this summer, if will be thanks to her.
