☀️ WOW… Lakeville you absolutely showed up this past Saturday! 💙🥤

The line never seemed to stop and we are still blown away by the support for MinnieSoda! From families and kids to first-time dirty soda fans, you all came out ready to sip something fun — and you DID. 🙌

Seeing so many people enjoying our dirty sodas, trying new flavors, and hanging out at the trailer made the entire day unforgettable. Events like this remind us why we started MinnieSoda in the first place: bringing fun, smiles, and amazing drinks to our community. 💥

To everyone who waited in line, shared a post, told a friend, or grabbed a drink from us… THANK YOU. We are beyond grateful for every single one of you. ❤️

⚡️🔋 LAKEVILLE FOOD TRUCK FEST = POWER TEST PASSED 🔋⚡️

Yesterday at the Lakeville Food Truck Fest, MinnieSoda put the 5000 Plus to the ultimate real-world test… and WOW. 👏

We started the morning around 6AM at 90% battery power with our solar panels hooked up.
By event start time? ☀️ We were UP to 97%.

Then this beast powered our concession trailer ALL DAY LONG until 9PM — running our refrigerators, freezer, lights, Starlink, Square system, and everything else we needed…

…and we STILL finished the night with 85% battery remaining. 🤯

No loud generator.
No gas runs.
No stress.
Just clean, quiet power all day long.

Honestly blown away by how incredible this setup performed for MinnieSoda. This changes the game for mobile concessions and events. ⚡️🥤

🚨🚨🚨 Opening Week May 1st - 7th 🚨🚨🚨

Opening week is just a little more than a week away. We are so excited to welcome you all to the Legion. Here is what opening week is going to look like.

May 1st and 2nd:
After our health inspection with the health department we anticipate to run a full bbq service out of the kitchen(ribs, bbq plates, burritos, sandwiches all of that). Servers and bartenders will take orders like any normal service but it will be only bbq available these first couple of days.

May 3rd - 7th:
We will be running a soft opening menu inside the legion. Most bbq items will be available and a handful of burgers/apps will be available. We will post what’s available soon and tag it in this post. May 5th we will be doing our brisket elote cups and bbq quesadillas that day.

May 8th:
We hope to be fully ready to rock and roll the whole menu by this day.

As a reminder, please be patient with us while we work out any kinks in our operation. Unfortunately we don’t have access to the kitchen ahead of opening which is fine but the day our lease starts we will be off and running. Our promise to you is simple: we will work our tails off to serve up the best dishes we can do as fast as we can. As we all start to work together in the kitchen we will get better and better along the way.

We are so excited for this next step in our journey. We are excited to work side by side with the legion to help each other grow and become more prosperous.
