Here we go today! On the agenda for today is to make the coleslaw, baked potato salad, smoked mac and cheese, two kinds of BBQ sauce (Mild Misdemeanor and our Carolina Gold Mustard) and smoke the chicken. We are gonna have a great day today!

Since I got called out by Mindy, I fired up the pit and have some Pork Belly burnt ends and Chicken quarters on the smoker for dinner. Making a side of our signature Maple Cornbread as well. Can't wait to dive in.
