Savor the last golden days of summer at Butterfield.☀️

Our late summer dinner menu highlights the season at its peak—think lamb kofta with housemade hummus and garden crudité, seared local trout atop shaved asparagus, citrus vinaigrette, and crème fraîche, and a rich chocolate truffle with salted caramel and fleur de sel to finish.

Please note, we will be closed from lunch service Friday, September 5th - lunch service Sunday, September 7th for a private event.
