We’ve spent months testing, tweaking, and baking our house made gluten free bread to get it just right. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and built to hold all your favorite fillings.

Add bacon, local kimchi, greens, tempeh, pepper jam, chili sriracha, aioli, and more to create your perfect grilled cheese.

And honestly? Even if you’re not gluten free, we think you’ll love it.
