It has come to our attention that a Salute customer who visited the restaurant recently just tested positive for COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to temporarily close our doors until our entire staff and anyone who might have been exposed has been tested. At this time, no other guests or staff members have tested positive, nor is anyone showing symptoms.

We’ve made it so far with the support of our incredible community of family, friends and visitors. Let this stand a reminder for all to continue to follow the guidelines and restrictions set by the State of Vermont. Quarantine when crossing borders, wear masks properly, avoid multi-household gatherings, and socially distance yourselves from others.

As of now, we plan to reopen for dinner service next Thursday, March 4th for in-person dining and take-out. Thank you all for your continued love and support. Stay tuned for updates. With love, Salute

We are SO excited to announce some big news - Starting Thursday July 2nd we welcome you with wide open arms ( at the very safe distance ) back to dine at Salute ! Salute is introducing... Tailgate take out !! Place an order over the phone and enjoy your favorite drinks, apps, pizzas and entrees , out on our picnic tables, outdoor lounge area. We are taking the health and safety of our customer o seriously that we decided this is the best way for us to responsibly see familiar faces, friends and family and most importantly - stay safe.
