A Taste of Summer Has Arrived at 63 Corks, but the good dishes sure do go fast

Some dishes begin with a recipe. This one began with a season.

Our Summer Marea Pasta brings together the flavors we wait all year for—fresh basil, blue crab, rock shrimp, oven-dried tomatoes, collard green bucatini, and spicy soppressata, all brought together with a silky limoncello cream.

Inspired by coastal summers and rooted in the ingredients we love, it’s a dish that balances richness, brightness, and a touch of heat in every bite.
