As we reflect on the events of 9/11 the Looney Moose Cafe wants to state that we will never forget. All though it was nearly 25 years ago it still seems like yesterday. We had friends that worked in the towers, luckily they were doing their civic duty and voted that morning before heading to the office. They are still here today. But so many others are not.

Good afternoon friends and customers. While we brace for the storms later today I have been in the test kitchen again coming up with a new lunch special. We call it the Italian Stallion in honor of Rocky and the spirit of America the great melting pot. It’s a handmade 6 ounce burger with a basil pesto, crispy prosciutto, arugula, and provolone on our home made Italian herb and cheese burger bun. Served with house chips and a kosher pickle for 19.99.

And here the best part of this weeks specials. Single scoop of ice cream, you choice of Vanilla, Chocolate or Moose Tracks (what else would you expect from the Looney Moose) served in a sugar cone or bowl for 2.50!
