We are switching things up a little bit with our smash burgers from now on. We are going back to using beef for our smash burgers. We plan to have an everyday smash with lettuce, tomato, American cheese and our fry sauce. We will also be running special smash burgers, this week is a caramelized onion, sautéed mushrooms and Swiss smash. It’s been a while since we were doing a local burger and I realized how much I missed it.
