When I was a child they called me, in a good way (Vagabondo) Vagabond. The reason was that I was always wandering around my town, neighboring town, and soccer field. At 14, I went to the culinary school in Tuscany and I started a new type of “Vagabondo”—-restaurants and hotels all over Italy and Europe and at the age 21,oltre Oceano (overseas) in Bermuda & USA. 1983 to 2019 a total “non-stop” of more Vagabondo (Vagabond) Now to focus on building the fruit of my experience my Restaurants.
In 2019 after so many incredible successfulTours of Italy with Chef Marcellorant business, I got the urge to start vagabonding again, so I opened a company that allowed me do just that.
