Hi all! Welcome to my catering page! A little info about myself- I have been a chef for going on 20 years now. I've fed thousands of people! Cooking is my passion!

I received my degree from Art Institute of Charlotte. Including famous singers/actors to your average Joe. Message me for your catering needs. I can do everything from weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries to class reunions, and even an evening meal for the working people.

Had the opportunity to cater The Nicholas Golf Course end of year dinner. Their meal consisted of Mississippi Pot Roast, Herbed Chicken Tenders, Green Beans and New Potatoes, Oven Roasted Carrots, Tomato & Cucumber Salad and Rolls. A big thank you to the Board for allowing us to cater your event.

We put together some delicious appetizers for a special couple today. Mozzarella & Tomato Skewers, Fruit Tray, Vegetable Tray, Spinach Dip & Crackers, and a Meat and Cheese tray. We also had the privilege of serving a delicious spread, that El Bandito put together! Thank you for letting us take care of you, on your special day.

Had the pleasure of catering a meal for a very special family that was vacationing from Michigan. Their Airbnb was absolutely beautiful with a very nice outdoor grill. The menu consisted of bone in wings, ribeye, filet mignon, new york strip, shrimp, chicken alfredo, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, garden salad, rolls and chocolate chip cookies. Thank you so much for letting us take care of you, while visiting our beautiful West Virginia mountains.

Today, we had the pleasure of catering The Kelley's wedding, which featured a main course of Pork BBQ, Italian Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, Garden Salad, and Rolls.
