Hello all!!!

I know it’s been a while since you have seen me on here. We have been busy reevaluating and readjusting our lives in the past 9 months. Adam and I are so grateful for this new season and journey of life. God is SO good to us!!!

Back in June of 2025 (last year) the heat started to really bother me when being in the truck serving or out in the heat or sunshine much at all. Then, about a week later we found out I was pregnant and our bundle of joy was due February 2026 (this month). Our beautiful baby girl, Avigail Ruth was born two weeks ago on February 13th. What an incredible Valentines gift!

We had scheduled events that we still showed up for and catered throughout the rest of the year 2025. It was only right to keep our word and finish what was scheduled to the very best possible!

All that to say we are taking a break from roasting fresh coffee and the food truck life for now so that I can fully focus on caring for our beautiful baby girl. This season of our little one being little doesn’t last near long enough. Adam and I are so thankful for this time as a family to celebrate and care for this new life God has entrusted us as parents with.

Thank you everyone for your understanding as we continue our journey in this transition and new normal for our family! We praise God for it!!!
