For over a year we have been making Bubble Teas. Our flavors and varieties of bubbles have increased to give us the ability to provide hundreds of combinations of the drinks. A Bubble Tea is a cold drink that combines milk, unsweetened tea, flavors and bubbles. A bubble or pearl as it is sometimes called can be a flavored chewey tapioca ball, a popping pearl (bursts of flavored juice - orange, peach, strawberry, etc).
