Is our new flavor “churro expert” approved?

Wayde at Ubeoverload UO was kind enough to volunteer as taste tester!

Our bakery manager sourced traditional Mexican cinnamon instead of the common cassia cinnamon found in most grocery stores, mimicking recipes she herself had growing up.

So before it ever reaches customers, she handed it to members of our kitchen family who know churros best.

Find CHURRO this week at the Puyallup Night Market on Thursday and on Friday, and Rockridge Country Market on Saturday!
