🚨 FREE COMMUNITY STORE — IMPORTANT SCHEDULING UPDATE! PLEASE READ! 🚨
We tried something new by opening scheduling every Sunday at 4PM for the entire week, but unfortunately, it just isn’t working for us. We fill up quickly, then end up with way too many cancellations and no-call/no-shows. Not only is that a waste of my time, but it’s also taking opportunities away from other families who genuinely need the help.
So we’re going back to what works!
📅 NEW BOOKING SCHEDULE:
❤️ Sunday at 4PM — Book for Monday
❤️ Tuesday at 4PM — Book for Wednesday
❤️ Thursday at 4PM — Book for Friday
❤️ Friday at 4PM — Book for Saturday
Bookings will now open at 4PM the day BEFORE each operating day, NOT for the entire week!
🚨 WE’RE ALSO TESTING SOMETHING NEW!
We are making a slight adjustment on a TRIAL BASIS to accommodate families who may need help the same day!
🕑 2PM–3PM will now be reserved specifically for SAME-DAY appointments!
We hate turning families away, and we understand that not everybody knows about our resource ahead of time. We also understand that sometimes people simply cannot wait another 2 days for us to open again.
However, PLEASE understand that same-day appointments are NOT GUARANTEED. We will only have a limited number of spots available during that specific time frame. You are still responsible for following our booking procedures, even for same-day appointments.
🚨 PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE BOOKING RULES!
You CANNOT book multiple appointment slots under the same account for different individuals. Every individual booking must have their own account and accurate information.
If you don’t have an email, MAKE ONE! We aren’t asking for an arm and a leg here. We’re simply asking everyone to follow the procedures we’ve put in place to help this run as smoothly and fairly as possible.
If the booking page says CLOSED, that means booking is currently closed or there are no available appointments. Please respect that and check back during the next scheduled booking window.
We are doing our best to accommodate as many families as possible while also making sure this resource remains organized, fair, and sustainable.
This is a FREE COMMUNITY STORE, but it still requires time, effort, planning, and cooperation to keep it running. We understand things happen, but communication and respecting other people’s time go a LONG way!
Our goal has always been to HELP people, not make receiving help harder. ❤️
