THE NEXT CHAPTER OF J’S PITARIA IS COMING SOON.

For 10 years, J’s Pitaria has been proud to serve authentic Mediterranean pies made from family recipes and traditional techniques.

Over the years, we’ve worked hard to preserve the quality, flavor, and authenticity that have made our pies a favorite throughout St. Louis. As demand has grown, we’ve been exploring new ways to make our pies more accessible and affordable for more families while maintaining the standards our customers expect.

Today, we’re excited to introduce:

J’s Pitaria at Home

A new pickup and frozen pie concept designed to bring the same pies you love to more homes across St. Louis.

By investing in new production technology and expanding into a dedicated pickup and frozen pie space, we’re now able to:

• Make more pies faster
• Maintain consistent quality
• Offer better everyday pricing
• Create family-sized options
• Bring J’s home in a whole new way

Most importantly, the recipes, ingredients, and standards that built J’s Pitaria remain exactly the same.

This next chapter is about honoring tradition, making our food more accessible, and continuing to grow with the community that has supported us for the last 10 years.

What a weekend!ā¤ļø

With the Bosnia vs. Panama match bringing so many visitors to St. Louis, we experienced record-breaking crowds all weekend long.

Even though we prepared for the weekend, the support exceeded anything we could have anticipated. As a result, we sold out before closing time on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

To everyone who visited J’s Pitaria this weekend—thank you. Thank you for your patience, your support, and your understanding as lines wrapped outside our restaurant and wait times stretched beyond an hour at times. Your kindness toward our team did not go unnoticed.

We are especially grateful to our incredible staff, who worked tirelessly through the crowds, stayed positive under pressure, and gave their all from open to close. We couldn’t be more proud of them.

To those we were unable to serve before we sold out, we sincerely apologize. We know many of you made the trip specifically to visit us, and we’re truly sorry we couldn’t accommodate everyone.

We also apologize to those who were unable to reach us by phone or place online orders during our busiest periods. Our entire team was focused on serving the guests already in line and in the restaurant.
