This is definitely a bitter sweet post to make, but March 14th will be our final service from the Soulcial Kitchen Campus. As we approach the end of our lease, we have decided to end our brick and mortar operations. The restaurant life, while very rewarding, is also very demanding, and we are ready to step back and spend more time with our children and families.
We are proud to have been a part of this experience and look forward to cheering on Soulcial Kitchen through their new role in addressing food insecurity in our community and opening a one of a kind food access and hospitality hub, dedicated to training healthy meal production, food truck service and community events. The Marco’s brand will live on, and you might just see it on the road in your neighborhood in the future.
We want to thank this community for embracing us and all the support over the years. We are incredibly proud to be a part of it. To our staff, present and past, we love you and thank you for your dedication in making this endeavor a success. The relationships we’ve built are the most rewarding parts of this whole journey.
So come out these last two weeks and share some of your favorite stories, enjoy a meal, and be part of this last chapter here.
