Originally opened as Bay's Corner over 20 years ago, this restaurant features a unique taste that we like to call "Great Food with an Asian Flair" and has become a real hotspot among the locals. Located on Mill Street in the heart of historic downtown Sylva, North Carolina, Josh's Backstreet Takeout offers one of a kind food that will have you coming back again and again. taste, healthy options and great value make it the best “fast food” in Sylva. Entrees are served over rice and include your choice of toppings, including many fresh vegetables, at no extra charge. The Cheezy Chicken entree is a local favorite and has been our signature dish since the very beginning. For those who would like a lighter meal, we also offer rice salads which are a side-by-side combination of fresh romaine salad mix and rice, topped off with a flavorful sesame ginger Asian dressing and your choice of toppings. Additional side items provide an even greater variety of options and allow you to customize your meal exactly the way you want.
