🚨 CONTROVERSIAL OPINION 🚨

These Birria Quesadillas might be better than our Birria Tacos. 👀🔥

Everybody keeps asking what I’m pouring over these quesadillas…

That’s our rich, slow-cooked consommé.

Crispy on the outside. Packed with tender birria and melted cheese on the inside. Then dipped into a broth that’s been simmering for hours. 🤤

I know I’m wearing sunglasses inside. 😎

But when your restaurant feels like summer all year long, the rules don’t really apply.
