Cha-da Thai Sawassdee ka’. ( Good morning from clCha-da Thai) We come to up date hours operation-

Wednesday. - Friday
11 pm - 3 pm

We learn from last 2 week, most of people come from local and they like to get lunch more than dinner and not much people on weekends, so we decided change hour operation for support customers and we save the time at evening for prepare to cook next day. ( if some one need we save food for dinner pls text me, I still work around trailer till 5.30 pm so can come to get food as you pre order )

IWe are apologized for changing and not yet stable, we hope my friends and customers understand 🥰

Cha-da Thai Sawassdee ka’ / Early good morning from Cha-da Thai because I am excite for today I will cook “Lab Moo” for my friends and customers 😁😁

Lab Moo is mean ground pork salad / they have 3 flavors on this food ( Sour on front and little bit salty + little bit sweet but it smooth taste 😁

If some friends feel bored and greasy from some food, try this one you will say….. YES 😁😁😁

Hello my friends, I wish you try this one “Red Curry chicken with bamboo shoot”. When I be in Thailand my friend and my boss at office like I cooked for them😁 it so yoummy, test little bit different from Panang and smell different from basil …. Today I have to serve you too… add more in menu choice). ….Never try Never know 😀😀

Cha-da Thai Sawassdee Ka’ (Good Morning from Cha-da Thai ) Cha-da Thai Food Trailer have business like Thailand street food. We do fresh cooked food so it hard to know how much cooked enough for serving to friends and customers /some time run out and take for a while for cooked fill up or some time it gone befor close time, We are apologized if disappointed friends.

If some food run out and we have another thing for we can cooked instead , we try to do, hope my friends and customers will happy and forgive me what we change with out menu.

Today I skip spaghetti because look like people like rice more than so today I will add on stir fried shrimp with mixed vegetables instead 🥰🥰 and try to fried spring roll too because cabbage roll out from I roll keep in stock 🤣🤣

Come to look what we have and enjoy with Thai Food 🥰🥰🥰

Everything still not completely set up 🤣 Easy writing menu because we change food on menu every week so it hard for use printing 😀. we hope all friends and customers understand 🥰🥰. May be next year we need LCD monitors for menu setup. Come to enjoy the food today
